Shipping & Ordering Information
WHERE?
Orders are shipped within the 50 United States only.
Sorry, we do not ship internationally or accept international orders
at this time. Shipping prices apply to individual delivery addresses;
orders with multiple delivery addresses will be charged per address.
Please confirm mailing addresses (including apartment numbers) before
ordering: incorrect addresses will result in additional charges.
Note: we cannot ship to post office boxes.
HOW?
Whenever possible, we ship via UPS Ground to control
cost. You may also choose Two-Day or Overnight shipping for an additional
charge.
PICKUP ORDERS?
Yes, you may pick up your order. If you order online you will be charged for shipping but any shipping charges will be refunded when you pick up your order. Please call to arrange pick up details.
ARE YOU SHIPPING IN WARMER WEATHER?
Orders shipping in warmer
temperatures, shipping to a location with a warm climate, require
the following additional care:
- Styrofoam boxes and ice packs ($10 extra) AND
- Will require Two-Day or Overnight delivery. You will need
to select one of those methods of delivery at check-out if you
are ordering online. See Rate Chart below for ESTIMATED shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: If air delivery and special packaging are recommended
but not used, we cannot guarantee the condition of your chocolates
upon arrival.
WHEN?
Since temperatures vary across the country, we may
choose not to ship a package over a weekend to guarantee its delivery
in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries
on any order. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
WHY?
Our products are made with great care and are perishable.
Since we want them to arrive in top condition for your enjoyment,
we try to be just as careful about shipping.
IF YOU'RE SENDING A GIFT PLEASE NOTE:
When you place your
online order, you will be asked first for your billing
address. Then continue until you get to the Review your Payment
page. You will then see the "Ship to" address. Click "Change"
to specify the correct shipping information.
